The Opportunity:
Lumens is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Sacramento, CA office. This person must be passionate, creative, and results oriented. The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Performance Marketing team and reports to the Director of Performance Marketing.

This role will work closely with the Affiliate and Partner Marketing Manager to support the Affiliate program and other partner marketing initiatives such as retargeting and comparison-shopping programs. This role will also support reporting for other areas of Performance Marketing as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience working with Affiliate networks and other partner marketing programs in an eCommerce environment.

• Support and execute promotions for Affiliate and partner marketing programs – creating ads and text links, adding promotions to partner calendars, keeping up with internal promotional calendars and vendor brand promotion updates.
• Coordinate with existing and new marketing partners through email, calls or regular meetings.
• Produce, maintain and present weekly and monthly performance reports, communicate key findings and areas of improvement.
• Extract actionable insights from data that can optimize and grow program.
• Create and send informational and promotional newsletters to affiliate network.
• Process Affiliate action inquiries.
• Work with Marketing, Merchandising and other departments as needed to align program strategy.
• Proactively keep up with the latest Affiliate and other marketing industry trends and capabilities

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working in Affiliate marketing platforms and with other marketing partners within e-commerce or luxury retail space.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel – creating reports, using formulas.
• Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and ongoing projects.
• Capable of multi-tasking across multiple software applications.
• Resourceful and proactive with strong work ethic.
• Self-directed and resolution oriented.
• Excellent communicator with good verbal and written skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, growing company environment.
